Once again, God by His grace allowed Epic to share a wonderful
evening of worship at the Union Gospel Mission. With a spirit of freedom under an incredible anointing, Sarah Castillo along with several Epic Bible College students lead us in a time of praise and adoration as the Holy Spirit began to soften and prepare hearts for the receiving of the word. “If I were at your funeral today, could I say this was a person I want to be like?” “Could I say this man or woman lived according to the standards of God?” Dr. Ron Harden began as he shared the word of God with these questions. 
Giving 3 points in his message, he challenged all to contemplate how life is so precious; death can be painful; and true hope can only be found in Jesus Christ. “You are precious” before the eyes of God. Many began to respond as he alluded to the fact that regardless of what pain and suffering you may have experienced in life, Jesus came to heal the broken-hearted and give you peace. Come all who are weary and thirsty and I will give you rest. These words penetrated into the hearts of many, as the altar call flooded with men and women surrendering their hearts to God. It was a night of celebration as we rejoiced with the angels in heaven knowing that this was the day of salvation for many at the Gospel Mission. Their lives have been changed for all eternity. Amen.
