The EPIC Bible College Learning Resource Center/Library endeavors to build and maintain a strong and diverse collection of library books, periodicals, media, and Internet Resources that reflect our mission of “Educating People In Christ.” We also strive to provide an environment that will help promote learning and success.

Learning Resource Center/Library tours and information sessions are offered upon request. You may contact EPIC LRC/Library staff for individual tours or information sessions.

Every currently enrolled student, staff, alumni, and faculty member has library privileges. Our staff is here to assist you if you need help locating an item in our collection or searching any of our research databases. A current EPIC identification card is required for circulation of materials.
 
On-Site Resources
The EPIC Bible College Learning Resource Center/Library (LRC/Library) has open stacks of print and media materials. LRC/Library users are free to browse and select books or other items to read in the LRC/Library. LRC/Library staff can assist users in locating and retrieving an item if needed. Much of our materials are Circulating and may be checked out by current students, staff, alumni, and faculty who have an EPIC ID card. 

The EPIC LRC/Library has computers available for student use. Students are able to type papers, reports, and other homework assignments, or e-mail professors from these computers. Students are also able to search the internet for research.

Electronic Resources
In addition to print and audiovisual materials in the LRC/Library, there are electronic resources available to current students, staff, and faculty via the LRC/Library student computers as well as on the computers in the Computer Lab. Many of these resources are also available via remote access by using a login and password provided by the IT Department.
 
Besides Destiny (the LRC/ Library online catalog of 40,000 in-house items), other electronic resources include an Ebsco theological e-book collection, and various full-text periodical and citation products: ATLA Religion Database/ATLASerials, Cooperative Digital Resources Initiative (CDRI), Christian Periodical Index, Research in Ministry (RIM), Readers’ Guide Full-Text Mega, Gale Contemporary Authors, Gale Opposing Viewpoints in Context, and Theological Research Exchange Network (TREN).
